Frontpage extensions (if it matters 2003)
a decent amount of space, and bandwith, with no charge on ANYTHING…
preferably… with no limitations… maybe even no banners….
anything that is the best! you know… like really really good… lol, no other way to put it… none of these sites that suck at space and limit you to very little

Go to http://www.DependableHost.net – join their affiliate program. Then – get a hosting account (starts at around $4/month) then use the profits from your affiliate commission to pay for the hosting. Don't use FrontPage extensions, they are not W3C standards compliant. Any browser that is standards compliant (e.g. Firefox, Opera) will not be able to display them properly.

Frontpage extension doesn't matter, because most web hostings support html, htm.
there aren't manny free webhostings without banners, but you can google and find some.
